This is the fastest I've ran a 5k. I was just trying to get in under 48min which is around what I did last year at this same race. And checking out my time from last year's Race For The Cure, I took 2 minutes off that time. So I guess this is all an improvement. I don't really see myself getting any faster. I'm all about slow and steady :)

uhhhhh, you actually ran a 5k which is a feat in itself! and you seem to like doing it which is pure craziness to me!!!
